I've got my portfolio site on their CLOUD-PROFESSIONAL plan and it's been super stable. Speeds are decent for a local host. Not sure about huge e-commerce traffic but for small biz it should be fine.

Honestly, for e-commerce, I'd probably lean towards their Cloud or VPS options if you're expecting much traffic. Shared hosting might feel slow if you get a lot of visitors, but for a starter site, it's okay.
